Egg and Beef Breakfast Bowl
Here's a simple and protein-packed egg and beef breakfast bowl recipe—perfect for a nutritious start to the day.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of ghee or butter
250g of ground pasture-raised beef
2-3 eggs
Quality salt to taste
Optional:
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)
1 cup kale, bok choy or cabbage leaves (chopped)
1 avocado (cubed)
Directions:
In a pan, heat the butter or ghee over medium heat. Add the beef and break it up as it cooks. Cook for 10 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
Add the onion, mushrooms, kale, cabbage, or bok choy (or other vegetables you have in the fridge to use) to the beef. Crack the eggs over the mixture and stir to combine. Cook for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are soft, stirring often to ensure the eggs are cooked.
Serve it up in the bowl and top with the avocado. Enjoy!
