Post-consultation appointments are reserved for returning clients who want my help and support as they continue their healing journey.
4-MONTH COACHING PROGRAM
The program includes an initial 1.5-hour consultation and a personalised nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle plan. This is followed by three additional 1.5-hour consultations and, if needed, plan adjustments over the following three months. Altogether, you get 6 hours of one-to-one appointments with me.

The most important aspect of the dietary plans I create is to eliminate ultra-processed foods and substitute them with whole foods, simple but delicious meals cooked at home. Another crucial step is dramatically reducing gluten consumption, as it affects your gut health. If your diet is currently wheat-based, you may find it a bit challenging to start with, but I’ll do my ultimate best to ensure that your new diet is delicious and satisfying.
